Our senior field engineers are fully trained and conversant with the requirements for structured communication systems (Data Network and Voice Installations), with their knowledge, experience and attitude towards customer satisfaction being handed down to all our staff. Sontels commitment continues throughout the company at all levels to maintain and comply with all standards within the industry – our latest test equipment acquisition being a “ FLUKE DSP 4300 “ Tester (for Cat 5 enhanced/ Cat 6 structured cabling testing). To compliment our engineering staff, Sontel have a first class dedicated customer service team, ready to take care of accounting, administration and sales enquiries. Extending to Pure project management capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of “One off” installations and “Multi site” Roll out alike. Our current portfolio includes three council accounts:     *Brighton and Hove borough council     *Surrey County council     *Kent County council We have been working with the aforementioned councils for the past 3 years, installing a variety of systems and solutions these include: Lucent Gigaspeed, RW Data Cat5e & 6, Connectix Cat5e and 6,Krone premisnet, Voice back bones, single and multimode fiber optic back bones. The installations include Grade 1 listed premises through to new build offices with computer-raised floor. The councils utilize our expertise at all levels, including consultancy and specification. Through out the various projects we have worked direct to the ICT departments or in co-operation with a main contractor on CDM sites
